This song came from The Miller Sisters who recorded it for Sun Records in 1955, with Charlie Feathers backing them up on the spoons. Unfortunately, their first sessions for the legendary record label were overshadowed by Elvis Presley’s first record, which included the hit “That’s Alright Mama” released that same week. Despite Sam Phillips’ faith in The Miller Sisters, the group did not score a hit for Sun and split up in 1960.
